At TileTools, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused tools and accessories in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
